Brittany Borda
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern
"Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light." - Dr. Brene Brown

Healing does not mean denying that the damage happened, but just that it no longer controls our lives. Brittany believes that freedom can be found through self-awareness, vulnerability, and connection. Hardships that we experience in life can often leave us feeling alone, stuck, forgotten, or ashamed. These painful experiences can then lead to unhealthy emotions and behaviors that infect every area of our lives, sometimes even without our own knowledge.

By providing a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their stories, Brittany seeks to help her clients find purpose in their pain while growing through the challenges of life. Working from an attachment lens, she is motivated to tenderly walk with her clients as they approach their stories with curiosity. Brittany is particularly passionate about working with individuals struggling with anxiety, betrayal, grief, infertility, and body image issues. She delights in helping women rediscover their worth and embrace their stories while facilitating self-discovery and growth.
