Brian loves to walk with couples and individuals who are hurting and want to work toward health and wholeness. Connection to others and the world around us shapes who we are and how we respond to life. Humans are wired to find safety, comfort, and understanding from others. In a world of broken people and experiences, trying to meet these core needs leaves people struggling with depression and anxiety. Life becomes difficult, people are hurting, and relationships struggle. By sorting through the pieces with a client, Brian uses an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach in restoring hope and strength.

Brian brings a broad experience into the counseling room. Before Brian began practicing as a counselor in the professional setting, he was a pastoral counselor for 15 years. He has volunteered with Hospice in walking families through death and grief. Brian has also served in professional roles as a Business and Systems Analyst for over 25 years.
