Logan Harris, M.A.
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, MT 3886
Logan specializes in working with adolescents, couples, and families as they navigate the different stressors and seasons of life. This includes internal difficulties the individual within the family is dealing with (i.e. anxiety, depression, addiction, etc.), as well as the interpersonal struggles that exist within the family or couple structure and relationships.
Logan uses a client-centered approach that focuses on the experiences and feelings of both the individual and the couple/family relationships and dynamics. This includes exploring the individual's internal experience, as well as the external reality of the patterns that exist in relationships. Logan has a strong desire to help people achieve healing and redemption in their own lives. Having experienced firsthand the healing and growth that can come through counseling, Logan desires to come alongside others in their journey. It is completely normal for us to get stuck in cycles that seem to take over the connection we long for in relationships. Logan uses Emotionally Focused Therapy for families, couples, and individuals to help people break through these cycles and find healing, growth, connection, safety, comfort, love, and belonging.
